I think I have an eating disorder, but I'm not sure. Can you help?

Yes, we can! While dietitians are not able to provide a formal diagnosis of an eating disorder, we can help with a thorough assessment of eating habits, disordered food beliefs and behaviors, and your overall wellbeing. We can then use that information to help you build a recovery team, which may include obtaining a formal diagnosis. With or without a diagnosis, we believe you deserve healing and food peace, and we’re here to help you get there.
