Kristie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorders Dietitian who helps her clients heal using an intuitive eating and mindfulness based approach. Kristie provides weight-neutral nutrition counseling to support her clients recovering from eating disorders and chronic dieting, PCOS and women’s health, and digestive health.


We know that everyone who comes into our practice has individualized needs and we do not have a one-size fits all approach. We will create a plan that is specific for your needs and goals.
